Russian Chicken
In a crock pot, place:
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I use frozen ones if I don't have any thawed)
1 bottle Russian salad dressing
1/2 jar apricot preserves
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Slow cook on low 'til chicken is cooked through, 3-6 hours, depending on frozen or not and the power of your crock pot.
I like to serve it with Basmatti Rice, with the sauce spooned over the top.

ReplyDeleteI do the same recipe, but I bake in the oven for 1 hour. I add 2 tsp of curry. Yummo! Great picture by the way!
ReplyDeleteWe call it "Not the Same 'ol Chicken and I add 1/4 cup mayo or miracle whip to the sauce. See what you think.
