Apple Crumb Pie by Jeri Metheny

5-7 apples (5 cups)
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
6 TBSP. Butter

Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, and apples in a bowl. Pour mixture into pie shell. Mix 1/3 cup sugar with flour, cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
